1. Eligibility for Membership
Any individual who is interested in the objectives of the Association shall be eligible for membership. Membership is available to individuals engaged in teaching and research, as well as to those interested in promoting and expanding the use of mathematical and scientific knowledge.
An individual wishing to join the Association must submit an application in the prescribed form, along with an admission fee of Rs. 200/-, to the Secretary of the Association, who shall have the authority to accept or reject the application without assigning any reason.

The subscription fees for membership shall be determined by the association and may be revised by the Executive Committee at any time. Non-payment of fees shall lead to ceasing of the membership of the society.
III. Patron Members
The Executive Committee may solicit patronage from time to time. Any officer from a University, the Central Government, State Government, or a Public/Private Sector Unit may be nominated as a Chief Patron or Patron Member of the Association.
IV. Honorary Members
The honorary members of the association shall be eminent individuals who have made significant contributions to mathematics and/or sciences or who have rendered valuable service to the cause and development of Mathematics and/or science education and their applications for the welfare of the association.
V. Donation for the association
The association will accept donations of any amount to the support the promotion popularization of mathematics and science education
3. Rights and Privileges of the Members
Members shall be entitled to exercise their rights and privileges as determined by the rules and regulations of the Association. These rights and privileges shall be subject to amendments made by the Executive Committee from time to time.
Members of the Association shall have the right to attend seminars, symposia, and conferences. They shall also have the right to vote and contest elections for any vacant office of the Executive Committee.
An Honorary Member shall have the rights and privileges of a member but shall not be eligible to hold any office. A Student Member shall have the right to submit papers for presentation at conference sessions; however, they shall not have the right to vote or hold any office in the Executive Committee.
4. Termination of Membership
The membership shall be terminated in the case of
i. Resignation
ii. Death
iii. Unsound mental health
iv. Failing to attend three consecutive meeting of the executive committee without giving any plausible reason and information.
v. Sentenced to imprisonment by a competent authority for any offence involving moral turpitude,
vi. Found involved in activities that are against the interest of the association
vii. Any member fails to abide by the rules of the association.
5. Re-admission/Renewal of Membership
A member who has resigned can re-apply for membership by submitting an application to the Secretary. The application must receive endorsed and approved by the executive committee. For renewal of membership, only applicable membership fee shall be required to be paid.
